※ A late check-out without prior notice may incur an additional fee of ¥2,750 per 15 minutes.
※ We do not accept luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

清掃について
Cleaning Information

当施設はホテルではないため、滞在中の清掃及びリネン交換はございません。掃除用具と洗濯乾燥機をご利用ください。
As this is not a hotel, we do not provide cleaning or linen exchange during your stay. Please make use of the available cleaning supplies and washer-dryer.

禁止事項
House Rules

• 近隣に迷惑の掛かる騒音（特に21：00～7:00の間）
  Causing noise disturbances that may bother neighbors (especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM)
• 室内、周辺での喫煙、吸い殻のポイ捨て
  ⇒敷地内に喫煙スペースが準備してあります。
  　喫煙スペースでのみ、喫煙をお願いいたします。
  Smoking indoors or around the premises / littering cigarette butts
  　⇒ A designated smoking area is available on the property. Please smoke only in that area.
• 室内、テラス、駐車場など敷地内での火の使用は禁止です。
  The use of fire is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including indoors, on the terrace, and in the parking area.
• 近隣へのゴミの不法投棄
  Illegal dumping of garbage in neighboring areas
• ご予約人数の無断超過（超過人数×15,000円×宿泊数をご請求）
  Exceeding the number of guests without prior notice (a fee of ¥15,000 per person per night will be charged)
• 施設設備の汚損、破損、持ち帰り（代替品購入や修理の費用をご請求）
  Damaging, soiling, or removing property or equipment (replacement or repair costs will be charged)
• 敷地内へのペットの同伴
  Bringing pets onto the property
• 高校生以下のお客様のみのご宿泊
  Reservations by minors (high school age or younger) without adult supervision

※ 上記行為が見受けられた場合は追加料金（33,000円～）をお支払いいただきます。
If any of the above are observed, an additional fee starting from ¥33,000 may be charged.

注意事項

自然の中にあるため、季節によって虫（チャバネゴキブリ、蟻、黄金虫など）が出る場合がございます。
殺虫対策は施しておりますが、虫が極端に苦手な方はご検討の上ご予約ください。
また、無断でのレイトチェックアウトやご予約人数超過は追加料金が発生いたします。必ず利用規約をご確認ください。

Please note: As the property is located in nature, insects such as cockroaches, ants, and beetles may appear depending on the season.
We perform pest control regularly, but if you are highly sensitive to insects, we kindly ask you to consider this before booking.
Unauthorized late check-outs or excess guests may incur additional charges. Please review our terms before booking.
